Together with Jonas, her husband, she gives a workshop in how to heal yourself through breath.
«We offer you a breathing technique to connect to your subconscious. In this process blockages can be released and deep wounds can be healed. We have been working with it for some time now and are experiencing very powerful transformations.In this workshop you’ll get familiar with connected breathing techniques that enables you to further train by your self or to join our monthly breath classes to deepen the work and the experiences.
We are looking forward to introduce you to the art of breathing and to assist you in the beautiful process of releasing stuff that doesn’t serve you anymore and manifest who you are and want to become.»
