As the days get darker and colder we welcome the light within us - to tune in, to calm down, so we can shine from the inside out. 💫

We gather in a sacred circle to open our hearts, feeling love and connection with ceremonial cacao from Peru. As we move, we do yoga asanas combined with a free flow. Live music is played during the whole event to completely surrender to all the sounds and vibrations. Together we sing medicine songs and immerse ourselves with music in a wonderful state of gratitude and inner connection. We will guide you to the realms of love with a beautiful sound healing that will leave you in a relaxing state at the centre of your heart. After this heart-opening journey you will have time to integrate, journal and share your experience within the community.
